About the Role
As the Clinical Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations within the home. Working closely with the Facility Manager and a team of Registered and Enrolled Nurses, you will ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and responsive care that meets all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing and care teams
- Assist with clinical governance, care planning, assessments, and audits
- Monitor residents’ health outcomes and ensure appropriate interventions are in place
- Oversee medication management and infection control practices
- Support staff education and clinical skill development
- Collaborate with the Care Manager and General Manager to ensure high standards of care
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and person-centred care
What We’re Looking For
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in aged care or a similar clinical environment
- Demonstrated leadership or coordination experience
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor, support and guide clinical and care staff
- Passion for delivering high-quality, resident-focused care
